I’ve been having a lot of problems getting connected to the internet!! You sent me a new router and it doesn’t work at all!! I put my new one back on and at least it works sometimes!! I have to turn my phone off and on a lot to get decent service. I have a business and need the internet!! Mary

Initial start up was slow to adjust. Overall, they need a little more range.

My service is awful and apparently the only speed available to me. Half the time I am unable to stream a movie or play a game online at all.

I have not had any service interruptions since i switched to Wisper several months ago. Would recommend Wisper to any one.

Called the other day for some assistance on my plan. Waited on the phone for over an hour until I finally hung up.

Advertised at 25mbps download, 5mbps upload and we don’t even get 1mbps upload. Would be willing to pay extra to get the 100mbps service. We need faster internet. Edit: was contacted by a tech and they improved our signal. Much appreciated. Thanks!

We have had Wisper for many years now. We can literally see the tower from our front porch. When we first started using them we had only good things to say and recommend many ppl to them. Now we have constant loading and poor signal. We have upgraded router and plans with no increase in service. Very disappointed and have started looking elsewhere for service.

Wisper is always responsive to any concerns or problems which (rarely) occur. A very dependable service.

The jury is still out on the Friday crap show. However Micheal stepped in and defused the situation as best he could. I’ll know a lot more after Wednesday to determine if I remain a long time customer. Still wondering why this happened. Stay tuned.
