We are paying 60 a month and the service is bad. We have grandchildren that rely on the internet for school work and half the time they can't!!!!! Very poor service.

Overall it's the best internet service in my area. It cuts out often though but usually comes back on quickly. Pricing is a bit high. I paid 110 dollars for 3 services in the city (TV, internet and phone) for the same price for just internet in rural Nashville. Unfortunately competitors are far and few to bring that price down.
Except for an occasional outage, usually connected with bad weather, I have been able to access the Internet, play video, use my phone with Ooma, and stream video via Roku.
We hardly have internet n the price is way high
This is an amazing company! Polite and efficient customer service, quick service calls and professional installers. If you need Internet, this is a great company to go with.

The issues have lessened greatly, but our Vimeo meeting still lag at times. We are considering purchasing a newer computer since your tech reported that everything on your end is working fine. We appreciate your commitment to customer service and we are looking forward to being able to steam like we did with the old system, it just worked better for us. But we will see! Thank you Robert
Always answer phone or call back very quickly. Very nice people!! Best bang for your buck.
the tech on the install put in a new router and modem and didnt change our computers to the new address for the router and none of our printers would work. They didn't give us the wifi password until I called and ask for it. We had to have our IT guy come out and fix all of our computers. The tech just said I don't know how to do that and then left us hanging!
I have not recently had any Whisper contact that I remember. Past contacts have been good. For an 85 year old guy, I am feeling that the $60per month fee is too much. anything you can do for that?

We upgraded to 25 MB and have never seen above 20MB. However the last month has been the worst. Technician has been here saying that have done all they can. With zero resolution, and zero follow up.
It's nice to get what you pay for. No taxes or fees padding the bill. Best thing is everyone is streaming what they want with no buffering.

The Wisper installer arrived early. He was quick to explain the entire process and gave an honest timeline for what he needed to do. He got in and got the job done in a timely manner and came to check if we had any questions and, he in turn answered all of our concerns right away. We've had the service for 2 weeks now and with the exception of one short (5 minutes) outage we have had flawless internet service. We are very pleased with our choice to switch to Wisper and dump Centurylink.
So far Wisper internet has met our expectations for internet at the Lake of the Ozarks. We have not had any issues.
