Gr8 service and employees thx

There is always room for improvement. Often times we have no internet then suddenly it comes back. We live approximately 1-2 blocks away from the tower.

Have to reset the internet every morning for a week now

Great service, lost our speed but they were right on it. Even credited our bill.

Service has been great. Needed some help, called and was helped over the phone. Polite and everything fixed in a few minutes.

I have had Wisper since they bought out Mt Vernon Net and it is awesome!! We are very satisfied with Wisper! Whenever I do have an issue and have to call Tech help, it always feels like a friend walking you through the steps. The guys never make you feel dumb cause you needed help! They are all great at Wisper!!

We have had excellent internet service with Wisper Internet! No issues at all!

Been a customer for several years and there service is phenomenal also we had to have some service work for storm repairs and the service techs did a first job. All around they get 5stars.

For the price we pay per month, we should have faster service. I have a friend that pays 40 dollars less per month and has fiber optic through his service.

I hate to give such a bad rating but wifi if off more than it’s on. If the breeze is enough to rustle the leaves or a few raindrops fall wifi is out. We had to change our cell phone plan to full data so we could use them at home. So, we pay $70 per month for non existent wifi and now another $20 per month to make up for your poor service.

False advertising, they stated I would get up to 25 mb for $60, ended up paying 85 for 2. But it's better then the other option I had until moving out of Greenville. Best thing I have done in a while

Wisper is probably the BEST internet system and fastest we have ever had!! Incredibly reliable! Definitely a 5 star company

Too many interruptions in service for the cost we are paying.
