Technician great - company poor service
The service technician was good and did what he could to get our internet running. The problem is the tower that we receive our signal from; it hasn't worked well since they did an "upgrade" on it several months ago. We've called for service, but there's only so much the tech can do. I have called several times and opted for pressing 1 to hold my place in line and a rep would call me back. Each time I did this I never received a call back. I called and was placed on hold for 30-45 minutes to finally be able to speak to a representative. This is poor customer service.
