Our internet service has been down or…
Our internet service has been down or intermittent for the last 2 months. We thought it was the weather or our extender as we could reset the modem and it would work intermittently…so we bought new extenders…since we discovered this wasn’t the problem.. I called whisper who at that time said…oh we can’t even ping your outside equipment… and it will be 5 days before they could come out…once he came and checked everything agreed it was an outside equipment issue.. but had to reschedule for them to come again 5 days later to actually fix the problem as the gentleman due to safety concerns (which we understood) did not want to get on the roof as it had recently rained. Once they came out and replaced the “radio” service still was intermittent at best…we pay for the max 25 and according to the service technician we were hitting 4-12 and believes there was an issue with the repeater. Two days later I had to call Whisper again as it is still not working…the gentleman did credit me 2 months of my bill which I greatly appreciate …but I had to request it…we were also told it would be 2-3 more weeks until they could evaluate the repeater. So, yes they did credit us 2 months of service at my insistance but so need internet services as just like everyone else in the world we are a teleworking family. Every representative has been very nice no complaints with that aspect of customer service. I am disappointed in the time delays. We hold our end of the deal in paying for services on time. I would expect the same for a company that I do business with. Very disappointed in the delays.
