I have been a long time customer of Wine Spies. Their business model is unique in that they offer a new wine selection every day which you can add to a “locker” until you reach 12 bottles. At that point they will ship your locker for FREE! The wine selections are excellent and cheaper than going to a liquor store. Recently I made a mistake in giving them the wrong delivery address. I contacted Agent Shiraz who kindly redirected my order even though it cost him shipping costs to do so.
