Quick fix to a delivery problem
My locker arrived and I was disappointed to find a bottle was missing. The packing was damaged and some bottles were jumbled and scattered in the box; I emailed Wine Spies and within 30 minutes Agent Moscato replied and made things right. He gave me a credit for the missing bottle (the one I ordered was unavailable) and assured me they were very sorry for the inconvenience.
