original item delivered to wrong address…3x3 pergola
original item delivered to wrong address, this cant be picked up and delivered to me, it seems it has to go back to depot over 100 miles away and then redelivered , i cant comprehend this! its been over a week since the wrong delivery , i bought and paid for a pergola, it hasn't been delivered to my address, i haven't signed for it , i do not have it, yet you seem to be making this harder than it needs, it should have been sorted the same day as i notified you of the incorrect delivery within a few minutes of getting a picture of it in someone else's garden , email responses seem to take an eternity with a different person each time !!
