Good quality has always been the stamp on white stores goods, the parasol that we purchased was very impressive looks expensive feels expensive and fantastic quality, we bought a 3x2 metre parosol which was in the sale.

Derek was outstanding. He took the time to answer all our questions. Derek went above and beyond to ensure we was happy. He showed us how big the furniture would be with a tape measure. He made us a coffee and was really kind to our puppy.

Excellent customer service. I phoned to order and was given great advice and help with my order. Tracking was perfect as was delivery. The furniture is beautiful and I get lots of compliments about it. Everyone wants to know where I purchased the furniture. On the advice from a young man in customer service I ordered a cover which has been a great purchase. It’s completely waterproof and easy to put on the furniture and means I don’t have to remove all the cushions every evening. I will definitely use White Stores again.

Excellent product only issue it that I was told that if I didn't have it installed the warranty was invalid and that when instillation was taking place there was no guarantees against cracking a porcelain tile( which has happened) felt i was in a no win situation.

Recently purchased the side curtains for our pergola, Very easy to put up need 2-3 people as they are heavy, instructions were easy to understand

The guys arrived on time. They were extremely polite, problem solved well and explained things to me. They checked whether I had any questions before leaving the area tidy and removing all rubbish. The two guys involved were Paul and Mark L. Great

Excellent quality furniture and delivered 5 days after ordering. Cannot praise the customer services for this company enough. There was a problem with the delivery and it got delayed. Tom in Logistics went over and above to do everything in his power to get the order delivered the following day as I needed it urgently. I can not thank him enough! There are not many companies I’ve used with such a high level of customer services. Would definitely order from you again and have recommended you to family and friends.

At the beginning the company was slow to keep me posted on the progress but once I phoned back it all went quick and smoothly. Delivery and installation was on time and the installers tidied up after themselves. I am happy with the looks and the install with my new Pergola. Thomas

We went there on a recommendation never having heard of them before. The salesman, Derek, was friendly and knowledgable. On top of that we were impressed by the furniture, the range and quality of build, far better than mist in a similar price range do it was a no brainer but to buy what we needed there. Highly recommended.
