FELT TOTALLY IGNORED
I have been trying for about a month to resolve an issue. Despite numerous emails and failure to contact by phone I have decided to reach out by this method as all else has failed. To say I'm disappointed doesn't even begin to cover how I feel. Im really delighted to add that following this review I have been contacted and we are now discussing a resolution.
