Works carried out on 11/6/25. Trowbridge. Wiltshire. I'd like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by The Wessex Water technicians Iain Smith and Tye Penfold who attended to repair a leak at our trowbridge address. From start to finish. both were very professionally. Iain called ahead to inform me they were running slightly late and offered a genuine apology. Throughout the visit. they kept me well informed about the works being carried out, explaining each step clearly. Both technicians were polite and informative to the neighbours when turning off the water for a short time to complete the works. They asked the local shop if they could park I their car park to allow ease of access to the property to work. There attention to detail was impressive, and they ensured the work area was left clean and tidy once the job was completed. Thank you

I moved house in March I done that online move house....now I have bill to pay £173 so I call to customer service and woman said I have to pay to close account....so when I done that online ( move house) mean not close account So now they charge someone who live there and they charge me ... Clever thieves....Rubbish like a water in tap...

The Team had to come and dig deep down to repair a cracked sewer pipe which was right next to our property. We were consulted and kept informed about the issue every step of the way. The Team on the ground were absolutely fantastic - excellent ambassadors - they were thoughtful, helpful and friendly …and incredibly efficient. Genuinely impressed with them (Nick, Rhys, Liam & Martin). As our property had to necessarily be used, they even replaced the greenery that had been affected. Truly well done guys, you made what could have been a nightmare a lot easier for everyone.
