Salisbury LRP ref BT0008, had our water main replaced, nice lads, friendly and polite. Our drive was repaired and block paviers put back so well you can’t tell they have been lifted. 💯

No way of getting anywhere with this lot. No signage on dig to be able to contact who the work is being done by & for who to contact. Told me I would get a call from them never happen .

We moved into our property around 5 years ago. Since the beginning we've had problems with our outside sewage getting blocked up. Initially my husband would unblock it himself until we realised wessex water has a service which is included in your monthly/yearly price for them to come out and unblock the sewage. After years of them coming out to unblock it and relinning the pipe we still had issues. After ringing and speaking to them again they decided to dig up the whole outside sewage pipes (we live in 1 out of 5 attached bungalows) they dug up 4 of the front gardens. The work took around 2 and half weeks. They send out Paul and Mike Keasey which were amazing at thier job. Really nice people in general and very helpful. Wessex water replaced my whole path and returffed my front garden where they had to dig it up. I was so pleased with the end result my garden looks amazing and we no longer have blockage problems. I can not recommend them enough. Paul and Mike are very professional and very very good at what they do. Lovely father son duo.
