We had a blockage in the drainage

We had a blockage in the drainage, toilets were not flushing well. Reported and the very next day Wessex water showed up. Good communication through out all the work. Optical fiber check to locate the blockage, high pressure to clear the blockage, then water flush to clean the pipes. All in all very happy with the service, the engineer was polite at all times. Would recommend this company to all.

My usage increased by 20% but my direct debit increased by 95% & I was told to get on with the new payment or make a one off payment to reduce it, that was all they could offer for support when I asked for help. They made £98m profit in 6 months…

Great Service

Thanks to David Mitchell for coming out to see us last night. A short time between placing the call to David unblocking the drains. He updated us fully with what had happened and what would happen next all with a smile. In a time when Customer Service can be lacking it was so good to see a company still offering a great service with great employees. Thanks again

Harry - very professional

Harry called this morning giving me 39 mins notice of arrival. Polite and professional, Harry inspected the drainage bit at the bottom of my garden. He cleared any issues at the bend. The survey camera showed I have a covered inspection pit in the middle of my garden. This was marked and a follow up call is expected to expose this in the near future. Impressive service. Thank you.
