Very quick response to my query vis online chat and documents received within minutes to 5 email. Other utility companies do no have the online chat facility and you have to wait 10 days for reply to an email or hang on the phone for hours at a time.
This month took direct debit 82 pound instead of 45
Called at 9pm to say overflow of sewage from mains and incredibly fast and efficient response - all dealt with bt 11 pm, with next morning visit to disinfect gravel drive, removed aggregate and replace with new by lunch time. Great service by courteous and helpful guys

Well I araised a complaint on Tuesday advise a manger would call me the next day however Friday I contacted them to be advised they could see a manger would be calling me but hadn’t had time so no call made and now advised it would not be possible till next week so it will be 6 days if they bother to call me on Monday not great customer service don’t feel like a valid customer but the mangers are not to bothered by it

I texted a message regarding our issue with street stop c--k valve leaking. (Trustpilot did not allow me to use the proper name for this valve, judging it inappropriate language) Prompt phone reply and job raised all within about 30 minutes.
It can be a little torturous finding a way through the website to an actual human, but once you do the actual humans are always very friendly and efficient
A problem with a drain overflowing was reported on line at around 21.30 hrs. I had a call back within an hour saying that the matter would be dealt with ASAP. Technician arrived around 08.15 the next morning and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently.
I contacted Wessex Water regarding a blocked drain. Liam was extremely helpful in assisting me and logging the problem and it was solved within a few hours. Brilliant service, as always.
