I rang up a few days earlier than this…
I rang up a few days earlier than this and was told after different options.. By a rather abrupt female telling me I would l would have a 9min wait.. Really.. So I told her I would not be waiting in that queue.. Hence called again.. At a later date.. And got thru to a much polite person.. And very helpful.. Dealt with my concerns quickly.. So was great.. Only issue I now have was promised an email to verify the payment I made and with new info... This was started on 23rd still waiting.. Was told first off within 2 days.. Hopefully.. when.. It comes.. It will be right..
