I had a query about my water usage, the webchat went really well and I was assured I would get a call within 10 minutes to talk me through some checks on my usage. That call never came which is disappointing. Maybe tomorrow? 🤷♂️ Quick helpful response today, promise to send by text instructions on how to check if I have a leak, that text never arrived but nevertheless it was a useful call for me to carry out the checks. I’ve amended my rating from 1* to 4* as they genuinely wanted to help me. Now upgraded to 5 star review due to another follow call from Wessex Water delivering great service even though we had a couple of hiccups along 5he way

Had a visit from Wessex Water today to check the quality of our water. Have been very impressed since moving to the area with all of the help and support Wessex Water have provided. Always professional,always impressed with the speed of service. Today's visit was no exception, Dani, was very professional and polite and it feels good to know that Wessex Water care about our water quality.

Well what a surprise water rates gone up again to £414.77 up from last years £336+ and over 3 times our annual bill of £135ish when we first moved here in 2001. Its refreshing to know that Wessex Waters long term strategy of investing this cash into huge dividends for shareholders (wish I had bought shares at the flotation) and huge bonuses for the upper echelons of the company instead of updating the infrastructure is alive and well. The good thing is that the water companies can always rely on the good old customer to subsidise their Caribbean holidays or the new BMW...and so it goes on. Long live Feargal Sharkey.

Excellent service! Contacted wessex water at 1100 and had an engineer arrive at 1430 to diagnose a blocked drain. Drain was cleared and cleaned within half an hour - area was left clean and tidy and workman even replaced a flattened gravel on drive. Very impressed!
