Excellent work sorted the problem straight away
Got in contact with Wessex Water regarding a blocked drain on our property. The people on the phone were excellent, reassuring, informative and polite. The engineer Cameron is a true credit to the company. He was professional, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. He had our issue rectified quickly and kept us informed with our next steps regarding what Wessex Water are going to do to stop the issue reoccurring.
The two Wessex water crew – Toby Harper and Jacob Chiners were most pleasant and helpful and did a good job to repair my manhole, replace the manhole cover and re-Tarmac. Thank you.

My bill went up 9 fold for no apparent reason. I spoke with Jeanie in customer service and explained my concerns. Jeanie listened and was very understanding, she explained what my options were and what she could do, then took my case to the wholesaler and resolved the issue. My account is now back to normal thanks to Jeanies fantastic efforts. If you have a problem talk to someone at Wessex, they really do try to help.
Wessex Water stupid workers found nothing better than leaving a sign in the middle of the access to my driveway. Don't they have brain and understand that people need to go back and forth from their home? The total disrespect from Wessex Water for people's property is absolutely shocking.
