Excellent service especially as customer has dementia.
We had a problem with a water bill where I am a third party for our daughter’s account as she has mild learning difficulties. Saira could not have been more helpful and was so pleasant to speak to. She resolved our problem to our satisfaction.
Easy to understand straight answers
Under the pressure of a huge increas in the forthcoming Wessex Water calendar year and noting that those without metering are being picked on, I enquired. My problem is that my stopcock off the main is in next-doors back garden and talking on the phone only resulted in advice to apply for a meter and see what would happen.
Very pleasant lady and helpful lady, got to my issue and helped me get it resolved quickly. 10 out 10 🙂👍

Kieran Hale and Ben Dove were very courteous and kept us fully informed today. And this is typical of all the Wessex Water people we’ve dealt with to solve a complex issue. They do exactly what they say they’re going to do, simple as that.

Website was easy to navigate and Live Chat function was great. I didn't have to wait and replies were quick and concise. I spoke to Luke who answered my questions promptly and got an engineer out the same day. The problem was actually a private drain but Wessex Water cleaned up the mess and cleared the drain as best they could even though they didnt have to. Really happy with customer service i recieved.
Easy to contact through the Live Chat function. I didn't need to wait and responses were quick and concise. I spoke with Luke who sorted my problem quickly and an engineer came out the same day. Really positive experience with their customer service! :)

Wessex water are a complete and utterly waste of time. After various attempts, to sort my online account, still nothing back, prefer now to revoke back to old fashioned paper bill. I only gave them 1 star as there are no 0.

Superb service! James Roland and Alfie Ferris called at my house last night to sort out drain problems from the whole row of houses. They spent well over an hour in all our gardens to sort out our drain problems. Very professional service, friendly, supportive and got the job done! They were also very respectful to me, a single lady, showed ID, which was most appreciated! I cannot thank them enough!
No help what so ever did not address the issue of a corroded external Stop tap and made excuses
