I felt that I was given a time and date that was unsuitable to me but I wasn’t offered an alternative it was take it or leave it, really poor
We called Wessex water explaining we had a blockage in the sewer. The engineer came, found the blockage and sorted it very quickly. Well done.

I was worried that a telephone message about low water pressure etc could be a scam as was asked to press '1' to acknowlege the information, but was reassured by Georgie that it was genuine!
It is a long time ago that I phoned a utility company who made the call so easy. The phone rang, it was immediately answered by a very helpful agent and the issue was resolved quickly. Other utilities should take a leaf out of their book.

I have just had dealings with an extremely helpful, polite and empathetic operator called Callum. My call was in reference to my bill, he was extremely patient in explaining where I was going wrong and very efficiently helped me to rectify this. I have never experienced so much pleasure in paying my bills!! Thank you Callum you are doing a great job! Wessex water should be proud to have you!!!
