I had a query about my water usage
I had a query about my water usage, the webchat went really well and I was assured I would get a call within 10 minutes to talk me through some checks on my usage. That call never came which is disappointing. Maybe tomorrow? 🤷♂️ Quick helpful response today, promise to send by text instructions on how to check if I have a leak, that text never arrived but nevertheless it was a useful call for me to carry out the checks. I’ve amended my rating from 1* to 4* as they genuinely wanted to help me. Now upgraded to 5 star review due to another follow call from Wessex Water delivering great service even though we had a couple of hiccups along 5he way
