Because they penalise people not on a…

Because they penalise people not on a meter (charging 4 times as much as metered people) but then say they promote people going onto meters once a year under section 6 of a once a year bill. Hardly promoting. And no compromise of any type of refund for being overcharged when they can see how much water you use when put in a meter

Water Bill

Just received notification my bill is set to rise by £20 per month, also received piece of paper painting a rosy picture of Wessex Water, what it doesn’t mention is the hefty fine they got last year or bonuses paid to executives which we have to fund! Surely you should also tell us customers where you fail.

Prices are too high we now have to struggle

My bill has gone up by £170 ! It’s ridiculous and now being forced to struggle while people at Wessex’s water looks down at me and doesn’t seem to think I need help! Terrible service
