Took ages to work my way through the Web pages to find a way of contacting the company. The answers helped but we're generic rather than personal to my situation

We are moving house and although the two properties involved will exchange on the same day, we will be living in rented whilst works are being carried out. I have been unable to physically read the meters to either property but this has been resolved by Wessex Water very easily and without further stress that we can certainly do without
Made a compliant about an issue initially raised 9 months ago. I’ve had no response despite continually re-raising the issue. Raised it again and the case was closed without any communication from Wessex Water.

Excellent service! Engineer attended on the day (a Saturday) I reported a blocked drain. Engineer (R.L.) was professional, personable, efficient and instilled confidence - so helpful in a stressful situation. Very impressed. Thank you Wessex Water, and the engineer (R.L.).
Within an hour of reporting a blocked drain they were here sorting it out.

I needed some help to complete an order and operative came on within the minute and although I realised my error, my chat mate remained polite and pleased I had managed to sort it myself.
Cleared blocking drains, the guys doing the job were friendly, efficient and professional. Only let down by their office not advising us in advance of the days they would be coming - had to get me out of the shower to move my car on the first day!
