The fast response to a domestic sewerage leak from a blocked manhole at the back of the house, reported Sunday morning and dealt with Sunday afternoon was remarkable and a shout out to Toby who came over with all necessary equipment to carry out the work. He was very helpful and also completed a CCTV survey to see what was likley to have caused the blockage. Absolutely no hesitiation in rating this service from Wessex as 5 star.
Great experience with customer services
Very helpful, providing all the information they had on local drainage without cost. The only ways it could have been better: - Difficult to find the chat (even though I knew it was there somewhere). - Would have been nice to have the Cover Levels. I could work this out from the depth and invert, so not sure why it wasn't listed. - Was a little slow, felt like talking to someone on the moon!
I went in live chat....was passed to 2 people, then asked if a 3rd could call me back in 5 mins, my issue was not resolved online, I only wanted them to know I can't afford the new monthly charge....so a bit long winded for a simple thing.

Sunday blocked toilet all sorted in super quick time. James Waite was fast efficient and very professional in sorting out the problem. Very impressed with the service and on a Sunday.
