Had an unannounced visit from a lovely pair from Wessex Water, Dani and Ben requesting to do a flush test at my property. Both were very polite and helpful and very professional, they explained everything clearly. Both were chilled with all my animals (4 Cats and 1 adhd Dog!) and we had a lovely conversation putting the worlds to rights! All round a very positive face to face experience with Wessex Water - Thank You Dani & Ben!
Resolved my issue very quickly
The blockage in the main drain was reported around 4pm and an engineer came much sooner than the 4 hours response time that was quoted. He managed to resolve my issue, which was caused by a blockage further along the drain. He then cleaned where the drain had overflowed in my garden and arranged for another crew to clean the much worse spillage in my neighbours. Very pleased with the service I received.
The assistant on the web chat was fine and very helpful, however the reason I had to enter my own meter reading online and is the reason I had to chat..?. There should be an esier way to enter ones own numbers online don't you think...?
I have had an ongoing problem with a leak at my property. The Company, finally sent the right man to fix it a Mr Mike Goad and after 2 years the leak has finally been sorted. Credit where it is due. Thank you Mike Goad.

Ref 656 9471. Steve, Toni & Rich did a fab job at lifting my patio, fixing a problem with a disconnected pipe and then replacing it all good as new. Nice lads. Left it all as it was before arrival. Cheers guys.
Following my mother's death we needed to install a water meter and review the charges; having had to speak to various banks, insurance companies and utility companies, I was dreading having to call another company, as I had become used to hanging on the phone for 20 minutes or more, only to speak with people who clearly did not care about what someone goes through after losing a family member. When I called WW, the phone was answered in less than 30 seconds (as it was every time I subsequently called), and I spoke to people who not only listened, but who clearly wanted to help, and were empowered to 'make things right'. I cannot speak too highly of WW and its incredible Customer Services Team. I only wish that other companies would learn from WW who set the Gold Standard for Customer Services. Thank you WW- you made resolving a tricky matter so easy at a very difficult time
From calling a few weeks ago about a dislodged pipe, everyone involved has been very helpful, huge thanks to Jacob who organised the emergency digging team to clear a blockage so we could carry on using our toilet. Paul came yesterday to look at the job, explained over the phone it was a lot more involved. Paul and Matt came today and went above and beyond, they replaced not one but two pipes both in really awkward positions. I really can’t thank Paul and Matt enough, they worked tirelessly to get the job completed, they are both a credit to your company.
