Engineer came out quickly . He was very pleasant and cleared the drain .
Ricky Nelmes was polite and respectful when inspecting the manholes on site. Thorough inspection of all drainage and explained what each drained served, previously having had private site survey which missed a lot of details provided this was very helpful.
I used the online chat option on my computer which worked well and the issue was resolved . I was then given your customer relations email address so that I could send a photo with an email about another issue. It would be helpful to have that email clearly available on the website and please also add the option to report public drains as each issue was regarding leaking man hole covers on footpaths. Nothing to do with domestic property.
Live chat representative, Mike, was courteous and efficient and deserves 5 stars but attempt to contact you by phone was not good. Long wait predicted and no callback service available.

I had a visit from Wessex Water to test the water quality in my area. Dani, who analysed the water, was very polite, friendly and clearly explained why they regularly test the water and what they do with the results. Very informative and positive experience.
I have just spoken to a very helpful member of staff who explained all I needed to know. In my experience, Wessex Water staff have invariably been competent, helpful and kind.
Charlie Tylor and Luke Young came to find a manhole in our garden and bring it up to grass level. They worked hard, finding the manhole deeper than we first thought. When they finished to job they put down some new turf and tidied up after themselves, even cleaning the drive where they had walked in and out. Excellent job. (6366278)

Myself and my neighbour had a severe blockage today. Toby from Wessex water came out within the hour. It wasn’t a pleasant job at all, but Toby made it look easy whilst letting us know that it would all be sorted. He did a thorough job after clearing blockage, removing a root system and cleaning and sending camera down pipes. He’s a credit to Wessex water and was very helpful, and cleaned up after himself after what looked like a poonami. Thanks again Toby you’re a top bloke.
