The online chat was great - really quick and helpful. Stephen was friendly, polite and answered my question in full. Although I wasn't happy about the increase on our monthly DD I now fully understand why.

Dealing with Wessex Water is always a pleasant experience, however, this time round, my advisor (Karen) was absolutely wonderful, she was polite, responsive, amusing, professional, productive and able to help with everything I asked her. Wessex Water are really considerate to their customers, they are quick to help, understand people come from different circumstances and that some people need that extra bit of support. I honestly think they're a fantastic team and I hope they're appreciated accordingly by their higher ups.
Arrived very quickly,and repaired leaking supply pipe . All done in less than an hour and personnel polite and helpful. Excellent servlce

Awoke this morning to water cascading from the water meter cover. Rang the issue in immediately and it was fixed by Kubi by10.15am. What a super ambassador for Wessex Water. Really professional and polite and happy to explain the issue and show me that the plastic base of the 13yr old water meter had split. Why this hadn't been replaced with a new one in Nov '23 when we had another emergency call out (water was spraying out of the pipe below it), we will never know, but thanks to Kubi it has been replaced now. What a super representative for Wessex Water. Let's hope this one doesn't go the same way in years to come.
Annual bill increased by over 25%. We are being robbed by utility companies and there is nothing that we can do about it. It's disgusting

Ok so I'm old & disabled trying to keep costs down , So filled in their on line form , I'm on my own all the form asks for are all the people in your house over 18 it does ask if you live alone . So phone up to see if there is a social tarrif , I said do you estimate bills ( I'm on their direct debit ) no she says , I said when checked the meter yrs ago there was a pile of dirt on it been there for yrs . So a few days later I get bill / letter I can't decipher the bill it's to complex but it says new charges £140 ,They then doubled my direct debit , at this point I gave up as I don't want to speak to their robot where you have to go through a hundred messages before you speak to a human ,And then you get the opposite of what you wanted ! Ok so WESSEX water for some reason water more information so if you don't or can't reply inside of 2 days your review is classed as fake ,spam or something else . Let's face it you wrote the review containing what or what did or did not happen but end up with with the standard office worker reply . And the fact that you pay for this but they give you that does not seem to come into it . They pay their bosses millions in bonuses while pumping raw sewage into rivers lakes ,canals and our coastlines then charge their customers more money when they get fined . People wonder where bird flue comes from but when all of their sources of fresh water are polluted with raw sewage it's hardly rocket science . If you have hundreds of emails like I do it's easy to miss an email not knowing you only have 2 days to reply and that in not replying your review is taken down ,This kind of practice seems to be a common event !
A speedy action taken re smell polution
Nathan and Harry visited re our constant blocked toilet and identified the issues efficiently and effectively. It is a shame previous engineers were not so productive. They have now set out and instigated a plan to rectify the problem and hopefully resolve going forwards. Great teamwork, Nathan and Harry are a major asset to Wessex Water.
Amazing top rate service, Aaron Close and Jacob Chivers came and replaced broken inspection cover that was reported less than 15 hrs earlier( including overnight)..Top job from 2 really great workmen!! Job ref:- 063459411001
