Thank you to Jamie and Brandon, for doing such a good job with the garden stage of our install. They were really friendly and accomodating. You can tell they want to do the best job for the customer.

Max who installed out internet connection was very thorough, neat, tidy and very efficient .
Could not have been more happy with the service I received today. I phone up Friday, got through to someone straight away, no waiting! The issue couldn’t be fixed but I’d get a call Monday. Phones Monday, again straight through and the engineer was at my door not three hours later. He spend a couple hours fixing it and it was done. Honestly, so blown away by how lovely everyone has been and how refreshing it was to make a phone call and literally get straight through to someone who could help!!
This company is all over social media trying to get new customers, to date I have waiting over 2 years despite others in the area being connected. Clearly another company that is unable to achieve even the basics of getting you connected in the first place. For a communications company they do not communicate. At no stage have been kept informed of progress as requested. Asked in the past for a senior manager to call me back, NOTHING happened. Not sure now if they would even deliver their promise if the connection went ahead. Very disappointing.
Tyler and Adrian were absolutely brilliant. Very polite and efficient. Got the installation completed super quick. Everything left clean and tidy. Also very happy with the customer service with discussing our needs and what could be offered for our rural location, particularly as I work from home often. Up and running with great internet speed! Highly recommend!
I like the speed I like the friendly team of people. I don’t like the tactic was promised a poster only to be told later I have to pay more for that. Not what I signed up for and nowhere in the small print. Mixed feelings. Especially as no response so far to my query on this

All went well with the installation and the communication . It is disappointing that that we can't have six monthly or annual invoices as the monthly charge is £10.00. Our first invoice is for £0.34 p !!!
Having had an engineer out to install the internet in a location where internet could be received around the house, it was discussed that the router would be placed in one of the bedrooms with a booster that would be free of charge. Today, trying to finish the installation, we are told we have to pay for the booster at £4 a month as there is apparently no record of this conversation by the engineer and his Manager. Therefore I now have little faith in this company and secondly, in 12 months time when the contract would be due, do you really think we will be staying with said company
Chris and Jimmy were amazing. To install our Wessex internet they had to drill through the very thick wall of an old converted barn, encountering brick, wood, and nasty insulation. They stuck with it, though, until the job was complete and our phones and computers were all hooked up. They were both cheerful and professional. Can’t speak highly enough of them.
I had experienced an outage, and today received a call from Will to clear it up, and at the same time he was able to guide me to a more suitable broadband package, and took the time to explain some minor technical points (to me, being a broadband ignoramus), without making me feel a fool! Very helpful and useful exchange.
Tyler and Adrian came today to install and connect us to Wessex Internet. They explained exactly what they would be doing, they got on with the job inside and out, their work was very neat, clean, tidy and quick. They showed me how to connect and explained what to do if we have a problem etc. We are now up and running.Thanks guys a good job done.
Tyler and Adrian came to install our fibre, they were super tidy, amazingly fast and did precisely the install promised by Wessex. My box was installed where I asked, they cleared up after themselves and Wessex Internet has delivered exactly what is written on the tin. I have my own router and WiFi kit, a quick phone call to Tech support and all was up and running.10/10!
Very good service indeed. Really, I had thought that such good service from any utility or service provider was a thing of the past now. The installation ground work was done sensitively (there was a complicated route due to sewage pipes). The internal work was simple, but the installer allowed me to trial wifi reception for two different router locations, then installed the router and associated wall box carefully and well. All the Wessex personnel were polite, helpful and competent. The back office seems to work well too - no mistakes with invoicing etc. The speed of wifi seems good - obviously you only get the full advertised speeds under perfect conditions right next to the router. I had trouble logging in to my router to change the password, but the very helpful customer service phone line answered quickly and fixed this at once over the phone. Very good service.
Our superfast fibre went down yesterday and Lucy on the customer services desk fixed it for us. Prompt response to the call, patient and unfailingly cheerful, she talked me through it all step by step (not without a couple of false dawns) until all was restored. I have had infrequent contacts with this department and have always been impressed by your expertise and willingness to help - so, thank you all and Lucy in particular for yesterday's work.
Wessex internet have managed to do what I have been waiting on well known large company to do for 5 years and given me superfast fibre Internet. The engineers were great especially Tyler who fitted all the hardware inside our house putting up with my dog who would not stop barking
I signed up for fibre and thought it was going to be a simple process with the fibre feeding down the old BT duct, the installers found this blocked so had to replan the installation. In the middle of this we commissioned a new driveway, but the team came and installed the fibre into our grounds ready to be laid once the ground works were underway and there was no risk of damage. Due to slipping start darts on the driveway the fibre installation was delayed several times (a number of months) but it was not an issue for Wessex. Once we got to a stage where the fibre could be connected the engineer came as planned, installed, tested and I have been enjoying full fibre ever since. 1st class service with 1st class teams at every stage. Keep up the great work.
The company responded promptly to my problems and both Katie and Graham were willing to work to sort out my connectivity issues. They were empathetic and suggested positive changes to the original set up. Although we now have an internet speed of 250 mbits throughout the house this doesn’t seem to work with the sky system we have. It’s a shame that our sky Q box will not work with the faster internet speed we now have.
After ordering I had to reschedule twice due to circumstances with us moving house. This was never a problem for Wessex Int and when I was in a position to confirm dates they were met without any problems at all. Speed is as promised (250) but I am a little puzzled as the loading of websites and emails does not seem any faster then when I only had a download speed of 15 with Now Broadband.
Tyler and his colleague were superb, were not phased that we had just moved in with boxes everywhere. Explained everything, great customer service and installation.
