Thank you to Jamie and Brandon, for doing such a good job with the garden stage of our install. They were really friendly and accomodating. You can tell they want to do the best job for the customer.

Garden Team 5 - Three really nice guys who were genuinely interested in their work. They got on quickly and efficiently with laying the cable up to the house. It was refreshing to see a team who were skilled at their job, got on with it and managed some light hearted banter as well...!! Many thanks
Was having some issues with Internet dropping out which was causing lots of problems with video calls and meetings - essential to my business. Jordan in customer service and Toby in technical were both brilliant. Super responsive. Continued to proactively call me to check in after they had taken action to resolve it. And put me on a better deal whilst in the midst of it all. Best thing we ever did for our business was join Wessex Internet.
Hi this is only the 2nd time I have had to ring as issue with WIFI connection. Lucy talked me through various checks and within 10 mins we were back up and running. From signup to installation, Wessex Internet technical and customer service has far exceeded my experience with other ISPs over many years. Particular thanks to Zoe and Jordan for resolving a recent admin issue. I have no hesitation recommending Wessex Internet to anyone.
Everything has been completed with a minimum of fuss and to a high standard. Tyler completed the install very efficiently and was professional and friendly. The whole process has been so easy from my point of view with good communication and prompt, accurate responses to any queries I have made.
Everything happened when they said it would. Left a tidy site as they completed the work. Staff were very polite and accommodating to our requirements. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
All my internet friends are jealous of my new download and upload speed :D Very fast and smooth install, the customer service team are also excellent, they helped me every step of the way and were kind and supportive of me getting the best internet. I live in the arse-end of nowhere, so having a good internet connection is key to me having a social life as I play online games with my friends.
The team duly arrived on time and just over an hour later, I had full fibre internet. It all went very smoothly and it’s a very neat installation. However, there was a small hiccup a couple of days later when I lost internet. I called Customer Service for help and Lucy came up trumps talking me through various checks, even patiently waiting on the phone while I checked my computer wiring. The fault was down to me, the plug-in adapter which sends the wi-fi signal round the house had stopped working. Thanks a million Lucy, you were great.
Broadband Speed is fast.
Poor internet and even poorer customer service. Asked for a fix for our internet running at 0.2mbps upload and they offered a 50% discount even though it was unusable, or we cancel and move elsewhere. They were not willing to support at all and didn't even try to identify the issue.
Utter rubbish. Many broken promises. Despite numerous requests for an update all communication ignored. Connection promised a year ago, still no idea when, or even if, they will do it. Very disappointed with this service
The whole team have been brilliant. From signing up in the beginning to the garden team who you wouldn't of known they had been, to the home installer who also did a very tidy and clean job. It's great to have a fast Internet service rather than only having at best 8 Meg. Thank you everyone.

Wessex Internet are a breath of fresh air! A company that answers the phone swiftly and doesn’t keep you on hold for 20 minutes, if you ask questions about different things they try to assist you and don’t put you on hold again whilst transferring you to another department, and they actually solve your issues! I didn’t phone because I had such bad experiences with my previous provider, so I sent an online request. Lucy swiftly phoned me back, she was so helpful and so kind, absolutely brilliant customer service. I phoned another day and they answered immediately. Oh, and the broadband is super fast and reliable too!
Wessex internet are brilliant Bill Roberts within the sales team is and was clear, concise with a very personable personality and good knowledge. Bill is seeking to help the customer whilst thinking of the best deals and has the customers personal interests to mind. After agreeing to the offer and saving a good percentage on our previous provider, Bill explained everything in easy terms which all understood.
