Sandra Krol has been an absolute delight to work with on our move. Her communication was perfect, calling me with updates at every stage and chased all stakeholders in a timely manner to make the move go at a decent pace . She’s by far the best estate agent i have dealt with.

Met Liam at a property earlier and was impressed with the level of detail he went into with the questions I asked this is something you find very rare in other estate agents these days.
Awful experience DO NOT USE THIS AGENT Do not sell your house via Waterfords BE WARNED We found a great house ticking all boxes, location family within village size all worked for us. However we experienced a long battle of total incompetence lack of knowledge with the agent “Waterford” We would never recommend this company. Generally dealt with the manager in Yateley Hampshire his name is Sean Liam, sales assistant who clearly tried, had basic knowledge needed to contact manager to get answers to our questions, lack of training or investment, Sean, sadly is not a great example. Resulting with an outcome of having to get back to us with all questions unanswered then given wrong information or lies. Plenty of blagging took place, great investment of quality training ! In our opinion. Liam clearly has witness shocking treatment to Waterfords clients via Sean the manager. “Wrong” Sadly we constantly had to contact Liam as Sean never took our calls, yes, this is the manager. Clearly Sean doesn’t do this work only maybe valuations ? I can confirm we stood outside branch - Waterford in Yateley, called branch Liam answered asked to speak to Sean who was sitting next to him, told Sean was out of office on a valuation all day (lies) we were watching them both. Our viewing, was an empty house, when we asked basic questions regarding property, equipment, white goods floor heating house sale information and understanding, situation reason empty house etc we were told get back to you. Eventually got limited information and went online myself, making Sean aware information requested was accessible online. (Not a secret) Information at final stages were not collected from agent via solicitor caused weeks of delays information not chased but forgotten deadlines lost. We encountered additional costs of storage charges plus accommodation because we had sold, completed on our house sale (empty property) what was the problem. In end we contacted management companies builders and informed both solicitors information they should be addressing to support the sale. We did this in the branch ourselves in front of both of them. Agent “Waterfords” were so shockingly unhelpful I appreciate another branch could suffer this feedback so yes have an open mind. But be warned, I had to chase daily and all I got was lies after lies yes I felt reassured at the time, but they were not ever telling the truth. One star disgraceful estate agent Final nail in coffin Half our keys were missing to house unable to open doors. Called Waterfords for help Ans - not my problem, this is the absolute truth Honest It’s taken us months to recover Aware a reply will could come back with loads of excuses defending company untruths exaggerations etc possibly sick lies but this is not the case Shame on you Waterfords Yateley

We have been dealing with Shaun Barnes from Waterfords in Yateley for the last 3 years and finally moved in December 2021. Throughout all the trials and tribulations, Shaun and his team remained very professional and were instrumental in securing a suitable buyer and pursuing the chain with diligence and patience right to the end. I have recently contacted the Yateley office who gave me a valuation, and couldn’t have been happier with the service. While I’m not selling nothing was too much trouble and everyone I spoke to was excellent.
As a potential tenant, my experience with Waterfords began quite well. They were in reliable communication and I had a move in date quickly set. 3 days before this move in date however, I received an email stating that the landlord had pulled out. Through emails and calls, the explanation for this didn't add up. Matthew Blackman claimed this was due to my employment situation, something that was always transparent with the landlord and estate agent throughout the whole process. This had not changed before, during or after the offer was made and accepted. Days later, I discover through the same landlord that pulled out, he had pulled out because Waterfords had made a clerical error, whereby they listed my guarantor as the own landlords wife. This was never the case. Rightly so, the landlord ceased business with Waterfords Estate Agents which unfortunately left me in the lurch, at a loss of money and home to move in to 3 days before my scheduled move in date. Their error left me without a home and they didn't even have the decency to tell me the real reason why this happened. Edit - In response to your reply, your lettings team has NOT attempted to contact me regarding my issue once.
Leaving a review as a tenant. Had a very good and prompt service from the team. Quick to answer any questions and help with all services. We would warmly recommend them for their professionalism, competence, and friendliness.

I use Waterfords to look after my rental property and in my dealings with Rob and Ellie I have always received great service and great attention to detail. They are a credit to the company and I would have no hesitation in recommending Waterfords to anybody who is looking for a property management company. Great service and attention to detail.

I can’t recommend Ellie enough. Very helpful from start to finish. I unfortunately missed out on the first property I liked, however she kept in touch with me and sent me lots of similar/suitable properties until I found the right one. Thank you!
Wouldn't recommend Waterford. All other reviews are not legit.. They keep asking for positive reviews (and asked me as well) to win some kind of estate agent reward. Also very dishonest, people who do viewings (they know very little about the area, about the property and call airborne heating system a gas central heating and electric heating something else, shocking really). They didn't tell me a few very important thing about the property, I would never move in if I knew that! That's not the way to treat your customers. You are trying to rent out properties but make very little effort to do that. Vetting proccess takes ages, I mean its never ending , though I have no issues with anything. When it comes to maintenance.. If you are dealing with Fleet branch you will be dealing with Fiona.. the property maintenance manager (as she is the only one there, hence calls herself a manager), dealing with her is very difficult. Very unefficient, lazy, keeps lying and ignoring questions and she keeps contradicting herself in her emails. Lack of training or common sense or education, hard to tell. The maintenance company they use ( WHITE KNIGHT ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS ) is very poor (sister company). They are very rude, don't let them in your house! Not sure how they still operate with that kind of service and quality of work (very unprofessional). They will charge you for work they've never done (applies to landlords), the way they treat clients is a separate issue. Stay away from Waterfords if you are a tenant or landlord.
