I am very happy to have chosen Waterfords to manage the property rental of my home. Fiona Marchant is my contact and she is always reliable and available to deal with communications from my tenants and me. It is very reassuring to have all enquiries dealt directly and quickly by her, especially as she knows the property. She is great at liaising between all parties and has arranged necessary quotes for work needing to be done, including after high winds. It saves me a massive amount of stress and running around trying to get help when I am not even in the country and am 8 hours adrift. It's reassuring to know that my tenants are always well looked after.
Ben and his team helped us through all of the phases of selling and purchasing a new property. I think without their help and guidance, I don't think Christmas would be as special as it's going to be. Thank you Waterfords

Oliver Manning was the estate agent who dealt with me on the several occasions that I viewed the property and he was very professional, patient and well presented and went above and beyond to help me.
The team at Waterfords Fleet were a pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase of our first house. From the initial visit, to arranging subsequent visits, patience in answering queries we had, to regularly being available or getting back to us on the same day, it was an altogether great experience. Tom Booker was top notch and assisted by his colleagues Ben and James who were always on hand when he was not available. No complaints here!
Tom was very helpful throughout the whole process and stayed in touch to keep us updated on vendor progress. I would highly recommend.
being in my 60s and this being my first rental to say i was nervous was a understatement but waterfords in particular matt blackman the lettings manager,he put my mind at ease the whole time and kept me up to speed all the way through, and kept things simple and to the point.....first class service

Overall, Waterfords have provided great service so far. My interactions have been with Ellie Leahy and Kelly Thomas who really made a positive difference to the customer service. Ellie was polite, very attentive, professional and supportive throughout the process which was somewhat daunting as a first time renter. Credit to her as she made each stage of the process as straightforward as it could be. Kelly has been great in solving any property queries and supporting in the move in process. Thanks to Ellie and the rest of the team at Waterfords I’m now a happy renter in one of their properties. Highly recommend Ellie and the rest of the agency.

Liam from Yateley Waterfords was helpful, reassuring and good at his job and customer service. Nothing was too much trouble.
Liam Tappin did a great job but was let down by the supporting cast. The main points are: 1. In the early stages I was sent an incorrect email address for Waterfords for me to respond to! Regrettably I didn’t keep a record but a secretary at either Fleet or Yateley will remember. 2. A lady arrived one day for a viewing but was not met by Waterfords. 3. An inordinate delay to completion and large expense incurred for both buyer and seller because of the appointment of a company of solicitors in Yorkshire for the buyer. They refused to accept that an error in the head lease was insignificant as the Flat Owners at Hawley Lodge had bought out the freehold of Hawley Lodge in 2001. The buyer’s mortgage company refused a mortgage on a legal point, and the problem was only solved by the buyer instructing a solicitor local to Camberley after which exchange of contracts was achieved in two weeks.
