Sam Charlton has been an absolute delight, helpful in every way a very down to earth person. We first met with a viewing on our house and he just made us feel at home the second we walked in and helped make our choice easy, since the viewing he has been there for every request and question asked and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
Long-term managers of my property in Farnham, very quick communication, very effective management, often fixing delicate issues with the tenants. Fully recommend. Also just turned around new tenants in under four days which is exceptional service. Reasonable rates as well
My previous review was prior to the agents letting us know that there were some issues with the property and basically told us to pull out from applying to rent the property. The process was very poorly managed.
Quickly found a tenant, kept me informed, handled all negotiations without fuss. Easy from my side. Competitive pricing.

Terrific service from Ben & Tom in the Fleet Office, on the sale of my wife’s flat, they were always available at the end of their personal mobiles if we needed them (with other agents we’ve had the endless answerphone messages that are never answered!!). They chased everything for us, getting the EPC arranged, sorting solicitors and handling all the viewings, really couldn’t fault the service in any way.
Sandra Krol has been our contact at the Camberley branch. We have bought and sold through Waterfords. She has been very efficient and extremely helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended.
We were introduced to a property to buy by Waterford’s. We were shown round by Oliver Manning, who could not have been more helpful. He answered every one of our questions clearly and accurately. He allowed my wife and I to examine the property keeping silence as we did so. He did not over egg the place. He came with a well prepared hand written hard copy of not only the e-version as available on line but also information on eg the boundary ownership ; date built : conservation area designation and TPOs. Well done to Oliver - our offer has now been accepted, in no small part by his professional attitude.
