Just want to say a massive thanks to James Hughes at Waterfords who today went above and beyond to secure my property purchase today after some amazing nightmare dramas during my completion day which nearly resulted in me loosing out on my completion, He spent the entire day going back between me the seller and both solicitors to try and secure the deal and has been instrumental throughout the whole process for the completion to happen. Without his help i am not sure this completion would ever have happened. Really can not thank him enough and will definitely recommend in the future
