I had no problems to order and receive my parts.

got what I ordered, came fairly slowly and shipping costs were fairly high.

Customer Service has yet to return 2 calls left for them to rectify issues with the valve unit that was not properly assembled during production. I've had to personally disassemble the valve unit twice to tighten fittings that were left loose during production. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Derek in Tech Support to fix valve body leaks - should never left the factory as passing quality control. I"m still waiting on Matt to call me back - Matt "claims" to be head of customer service. Going on 2 weeks now.

I tried repeatedly to work with US Water on a point-of-entry system for my house. Nobody returns your email and when they do 2-3 weeks have passed. Try to call Support on the phone and it always goes to voicemail, nobody calls you back (Travis OMeara and Derek). They want you to buy more equipment to test your water (ORP) but it doesn't matter since your iron levels are too low for the media anyway. Wasted 70 dollars. No way I can spend 3-4 thousand on a system without my questions being answered. This outfit acts like a couple of guys in a garage selling filters. They wasted a lot of my time. Moving on but will spread the word to neighbors.

I ordered pricey filters and ten days later I called to track my package to find out they forgot to notify me they were on backorder. I called customer service twice and never received a call. I found filters elsewhere for less and received them a few days later.

I wanted to add something to my order and after multiple calls and emails, the original order didn't ship and the add-on to the order shipped, which was the exact opposite of what was supposed to happen.

I got my order in a timely manner and it was all there. No problems, and the instructions made it easy to install.

Website very easy to use, had everything i needed to maintain my water system...

I purchased a Big Blue whole house filter, Fusion NLT water softener and a RO water system. The only reason for rating this transaction a 4 was due to it took a month to get all the parts to install the system. I was extremely pleased with the website for purchasing the products. Customer support was fanominal and happily answered all my question. After I received the products the videos provided online walk you step by step installing the systems. We noticed an immediate difference in water quality and taste. Overall - only complaint is shipping time.

In the middle of trying to sell a house a well water test was done. The surrounding area is all farms and fields, so the test came back high nitrates. Not insanely high only 2ppm over the state limit. If you search house house nitrate reduction, that brings up reverse osmosis systems, those systems are $5,000 or better. When you're trying to get rid of a house and have a buyer ready that's not what you want to hear about... So I stubble across US Waters and their wonderful filters. Ordered a couple installed a simple 2.5x10" filter housing dropped in a US Waters nitrate filter and had a water test done by the same company again. Results were 12ppm last test and after filter less then 1ppm. Awesome awesome awesome product, thanks so much for saving me thousands!

This is by far the best product I have bought in years it has totally changed the way my well water works. I would recommend this to everyone that is looking to improve their water quality and whole house system !!!

I purchased an RO membrane (cylinder) from US Water Systems for under $50. I had been paying slightly more than $100 for this item elsewhere. It was easy to order and arrived in a short time. Very happy!

Received my product before the expected delivery date. Prices better then most other sites.

Placed my order on Feb.23 didn't receive it till Mar. 15 plus they forgot one filter.The order said four to nine days delivery?

sent in water test and no reply other then email said couldn't reach by phone. so returned email with number and week later nothing
