We ordered the flex34 water softener after much research and have been very happy so far. Have only had it installed for about a week. we only had one issue and that was there was only one flex connector in the box and no hose clamp for the discharge hose. As it turned out, I had to use a different type and length of flex connector to fit my plumbing so that was not an issue. I REALLY appreciated the installation videos on the web site. I followed them closely and the install went very well. Oh and having both the straight and L connectors for the bypass valve proved to be invaluable. It's a seemingly small item but shows the thoughtfullness of US water sys in meeting the needs of the installer. So far so good.

I ordered what I wanted and It came in about 10 days. Our kids have one and it really makes our alkaline water drinkable. Thanks

Apparently, part of my delivery was damaged, but US Water Systems made sure the new items were received the next day.

I bought the US Water Aquapurion 5-Stage Permeate Pump RO System Membrane Capacity 75 GPD. It was shipped a couple of days after my order and I received it in a timely fashion. Installation by a handyman was easy. The thumping of the pump to replace water dispensed sounds like something is alive under the sink, though. A better pump with the system would be appropriate. Not sure yet how much I'll have to pay to upgrade the pump. The noise is not something I want to get used to.

This company provides exceptional products at reasonable prices. Ordering from the website is easy. If you have any questions regarding products, a simple inquiry on their website is easy and you get a quick response. If you have a technical question regarding installation or operation, you better call as email responses are not so good. Overall, I would order from them again (I already have). I am especially pleased to find that they offer American made products and proudly advise you of the same.

The Water Softener arrived with no instructions on assembly of the softener components. (Instructions on the operation of the control valve are available online). After a phone call, US Water was able to provide instructions for different model since no assembly instructions were available for the model I purchased.

Good product selection and competitive pricing of replacement filters. I prefer to order US made filters and these brands were noted and offered by the company. I would appreciate a little more detailed information being offered on the pros and cons of certain filters to allow me to make a more informed decision on which type of filtration works best for my home drinking water system.
