Great service and value, this is a second purchase and we will make more as needed.

Ordered over net got great service and order was delivered very quickly.

I called when the filters I ordered did not arrive within the indicated time window. It turns out one was on backorder and the other one is no longer being sold as a single filter, despite what the webpage indicated when I ordered. There was no indication that they couldn't fill the order until I called. I received no e-mails indicating the problems with the order. It took several phone calls to get a refund. The people on the phone were not much help and seemed uninformed.

The new Stenner pump head didn't include the female connections required to connect the quarter inch input and output tubing wasn't included.

Before purchasing a package unit, i asked for lead time. I was told 7-10 days to ship a packaged unit. Great! Submitted my PO then waited, and waited, and waited. After (3) weeks, i called. Guy i spoke to says, "I have your order right here, I need to know what type of float system you want for this order. Funny, there is only 1 float system so I am not sure why this order has not been processed." I advised them that i needed the tank about ASAP as my space to install this tank will be gone in (4) days. Tank showed up a week later. If you order from US Water, you had better take it upon yourself to follow up and don't wait for them to contact you because it will not happen.

I ordered 2 softener systems. Got invoiced and paid (VISA order) for both units. Only one system was delivered. We scheduled to install both of them at the same time and that whole plan got wrecked. Customer servive did react and told me they "would get me another system in a week if the valve needed was available" No friction but, We'll see. My ordering experience sucks on this order.

Received the stenner pump I order, hooked up the lines, plugged it in and so far is working fine.

I would be very reluctant to use this company again. They were one week late in the delivery due date. If you buy from them, add an extra week to the date they promise, then you'll get it when "you" expect it. The salesstaff have no idea when item ship because they are a just a vendor.

Your shipping was poor. My part was back ordered, but I got no notice of that. 2-3 weeks is unreal With no one letting me know. I sat with a broken water softener for 2-3 weeks. When I called they could not find my order. Every agent I talked to didn't know why it wasn't shipped.

There website is fast and easy, best prices i've seen definitely recommend using us Water Systems.

I had previously bought our USA made HARMSCO water filters from another distributor. That company quit carrying this brand so I found US Water Systems Inc online. Their prices are good and delivery was prompt.

My order was shipped in a timely manner, it was easy to install and works great. I ordered the larger tank so I don't run out of water anymore, very happy with my purchase.

This is our second RO system and after putting up with another (not much cheaper) system for several years we are more than pleased with the difference. We can draw a coffee pot and two 16oz glasses full and still have a very strong stream of water. More than adequate for home use. I ordered a second unit for a neighbor and they can't believe the difference in it and their old one. Used the old lines and with a little adjustment the installation was a snap. Thanks for honest to goodness well made RO system.

I never received my order. My message went unanswered!

I will not be changing these filters until next fall. However, I have used these before and they are great filters. US Water Systems knows water.

Water softener was easy to install and set up. Didn't take me too long and we had our new softener up and running.
