One of the worst customer support experiences
I tried repeatedly to work with US Water on a point-of-entry system for my house. Nobody returns your email and when they do 2-3 weeks have passed. Try to call Support on the phone and it always goes to voicemail, nobody calls you back (Travis OMeara and Derek). They want you to buy more equipment to test your water (ORP) but it doesn't matter since your iron levels are too low for the media anyway. Wasted 70 dollars. No way I can spend 3-4 thousand on a system without my questions being answered. This outfit acts like a couple of guys in a garage selling filters. They wasted a lot of my time. Moving on but will spread the word to neighbors.
