Product is poorly manufactured...watch out!
Customer Service has yet to return 2 calls left for them to rectify issues with the valve unit that was not properly assembled during production. I've had to personally disassemble the valve unit twice to tighten fittings that were left loose during production. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Derek in Tech Support to fix valve body leaks - should never left the factory as passing quality control. I"m still waiting on Matt to call me back - Matt "claims" to be head of customer service. Going on 2 weeks now.
