This company is a breath of fresh air in an industry that seems filled with scammers. They actually advised me NOT to buy some of their products after viewing my water sample. I received incredible support after the purchase when installing and learning to use the system. The system works beautifully, and was reasonably priced with free shipping included. I am so happy to have finally found a company that values honesty and integrity and is totally dedicated to customer service. Thanks especially to Aaron in tech support, who gave me excellent and truthful advice from the first call.

Very reliable

I have bought 2 reverse osmosis systems through US Water Systems. I had one for four years at our last house and have had the one at our new house 2 1/2 years so far. I have been happy with their ease of installation and quality. I also am happy to have an American made product.

I didn't read into it enough and thought instillation was included with the product but it wasn't. Oh well for the low price i'm happy with it.

Purchased a $5,000 commercial sediment filter from US water systems. We were mislead about shipping from the beginning. Communication and follow up with this company is dismal at best. When we finally received the product after holding up a very large commercial job. They forgot to send the power cord for the $250 digital upgraded head. We will never use them again and recommend you dont. But if you do, make sure to to order months, not weeks in advance! And if you like to use tracking numbers for your shipment. Go elsewhere!

I bought the lab water test from them and it shipped quickly and I sent the water to the lab and got the results back all in a timely matter.. I would rate the lab at 5 stars, but uswatersystems has yet to call or contact me with the results. Thankfully the lab emailed the results to me, which I forwarded to uswatersystems asking them to review the results and send me back a recommendation for a softener system to get. Its been almost a month and still haven't heard back from them. I have called and emailed and when I called they said they should be getting back with me within 2 or 3 days. That was 3 weeks ago. I couldn't wait for them and used the lab results and bought with a different company, aquatell, they emailed me back within 10 minutes and he was extremely helpful and their water softener was just as good and cheaper. I now have the softener installed and still not a word from US water systems. I wanted the $100 rebate us water systems offers when you buy the $120 lab test if you buy the softener they recommend. I wish I would have bought the water test kit from somewhere else.

Very good product

The tannin filter I purchased cleared up my water for about 30 gallons. Then it went yellow again. It is not the fault of the filter. I have a little bit of iron in my water as well that clogged up the filter. I will know better how the tannin filter works once I can get another filter canister installed and run both a sediment filter first and then the tannin filter. Customer service was very helpful and honest about my water issues when I spoke to her.

Product arrived intact, but installation instructions a bit sketchy. I plumbed my entire house and passed inspection the first time, also installed 3 other softeners, so not an amateur! Pictures (could be clearer, not hard to do with digital) and texts don't always correspond in the manual. Don't remember if a bypass valve was offered, but should have had one. My space is a bit cramped (replace a Sears with resin tank in salt tub), and plumbing in a bypass with conventional valves required several extra elbows. Programming not really straight forward either. (I taught math and have my DVD recorder and phone programmed, it should be easier than that!)

The Fusion NLT Professional-Grade Metered Water Softener I bought works pretty well and the installation video at the web page was very helpful. The water softener arrived fast and within the conditions offered by the US Waters.

After reading reviews and checking out their systems for months now, I messaged them asking if there was ever going to be a real sale instead of their constant "40% off everything plus 15% off our systems" sale that seems to happen every day. I asked if there was going to be a real sale or if it was just shady sales tactics. Later that night, I received an incredibly rude response saying... "At the risk of sounding rude, we do not run the same sale 365 days a year. ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS? I presume you are literate.... You can read, right?". Absolutely no way to treat a potential customer asking if there will ever be a real sale. They continued on with " I can go back as far as you would like to show you the Sales we run and they are not all the same.... not by a long shot!"...even though my emails dating back to their July 4th sale last year say the same thing. This constant 40% off sale is shady, and along with their response, is a real indicator of what kind of company this is. I'll find filtration elsewhere.
