Never replied to my email and phone call
I bought the lab water test from them and it shipped quickly and I sent the water to the lab and got the results back all in a timely matter.. I would rate the lab at 5 stars, but uswatersystems has yet to call or contact me with the results. Thankfully the lab emailed the results to me, which I forwarded to uswatersystems asking them to review the results and send me back a recommendation for a softener system to get. Its been almost a month and still haven't heard back from them. I have called and emailed and when I called they said they should be getting back with me within 2 or 3 days. That was 3 weeks ago. I couldn't wait for them and used the lab results and bought with a different company, aquatell, they emailed me back within 10 minutes and he was extremely helpful and their water softener was just as good and cheaper. I now have the softener installed and still not a word from US water systems. I wanted the $100 rebate us water systems offers when you buy the $120 lab test if you buy the softener they recommend. I wish I would have bought the water test kit from somewhere else.
