Customer Service was great! I had to change the delivery instructions a few days after purchasing the filter and they were so accommodating!

Excellent system. Much better than the Culligan it replaced.

I requested return information on Friday, April 12th, case #42853 and I have not heard back. So much for hassle free 30 day return policy.. If I don't hear back from you guys within the return period, I will refer you to the Better Business Bureau.

US Water Systems offers very good cost-effective hardware and has provide outstanding follow up customer services. We recently bought a whole house matrix water softener and a whole house chemical removal filter. We love them both and appreciate the fact that when the resin and charcoal reach end-of-life, that we can simply replace the resin & charcoal.

Quality filters and good price. Will be buying from here going forward

Great experience

Our order arrived complete and in perfect condition. Set-up was easy. While the online videos were very helpful, as a retired Technical writer, I did find that the instruction manual could be improved. The instructions for programming the system could be clearer as not everyone has a smartphone. The system is working very well and there has been a marked improvement in our water.

I have yet to install my new system, but if it performs as wonderfully as the support I received from Aaron and Derek on making my purchase decision, my 5 star rating will stand. They were very patient and thorough in answering my laundry list of questions and took great pride in sharing their insights from years of experience making my confidence in my purchase decision very grounded and sound. When the incorrect valve assembly was shipped and a couple parts missing, Aaron was quick to respond to get the right items coming by way via FedX. He even was kind enough to help me design a bypass for the system as the new valve/meter no longer had a bypass. I can't wait to see my new 1" twin tank Fleck system up and running!

I mounted the system under my kitchen sink. The 3/8 inch lines and close proximity was a great flow improvement from 1/4 inch lines running from the floor below. (Purchased from another company years earlier) Due to piping under the sink, there were limited ways to mount the system. I choose to reverse the orientation of the RO filter. The reversal went fine but I would not recommend that to the average person. It would help to have some extra description on the parts or other instructions for this process. I doubt that my sink is al that unusual. Works great.
