The best filter ever !!

Ordered a standard RO system ($5k+) nothing custom about it. We were told 3 to 4 weeks. Going on over 9 weeks and we still have not received it. Customer service yesterday told me that it will be done on the 9/27 and ship that day. We were then told by another person that it had been done for 3 weeks and they were waiting for final payment. We have reached out several times asking for the status and were never told that had been done or that they were waiting for final payment. I will never use them again for our future needs at our other business sites and I will steer anyone I know a way as well. If it ever shows up I dress the thought of something not working and having to deal with them to get it fixed.

Wrong type of filter was sent with a new RO system. Called and the correct part was overnighted to me. Great job!

Received my order quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Easy transaction.

Water Softener arrived in a timely manner and at a good price.

Ordered double whole house filter system. Filter holders and bracket well made and heavy duty. One filter was broken. I called and sent photo of filter. A new one was immediately sent. I couldn't be happier with service.

Very good company with wonderful people and great products. They are growing by leaps and bounds so it's no surprise they are having growing pains. However, they are very quick to make things right... sometimes going over and above.

Opted for 2 day shipping on a Thursday but didn't receive parts for several days (until Tuesday, late in the day). I sent an email to inquire why the parts arrived late? Got a response that I didn't agree with so I sent another message but never received a follow up. Frustrated and disappointed.

I love the setup as I could fit it where I needed to. I am a custom repair man and builder. I did have a leak in a factory fitting after I attached my adapter to it so I could connect a 1/2" pex pipe fitting. I must have turned the fitting just a slight bit and now it has a drip. I have to remove and reseal the fitting. I would recommend using a backup wrench to hold the factory fitting and it should not leak. I use a different sealer that stays soft so even if it turned it would not leak. It seems to be a great product. I bought this for my company RV/Production bus. I would purchase it again!

US Water Systems had just the connector I needed. None of our local hardware or big box stores had this connector, but US Water Systems had it at a good price and delivery was very fast. Thank You!

I have bought from them in the past and will continue to in the future. Great products plus great prices. I'll be back and will tell others.
