I finally got the system installed and working like it was meant to perform. One thing that was an issue we had poor water flow and air in the system. It was not in the directions about turning the pump outlet higher than the inlet. However it was in the installation video. I feel it should be in the instructions so the job could have been done right the first time without the frustration. Other than that the system seems to be doing what it is designed for and we still have to send it a water sample to actually verify the system’s effectiveness. But I will say the water tastes a lot better and we are happy we purchased it.

Problem with newly installed chemical fee pump system not responding with chemical dosage anticipated based upon standard calculations. US Water Systems Support Staff Seth was very helpful, listened to my issues and concerns and was knowledgeable having had a system operational background. He helped in discussing possible causes drawing from his field experiences that suggested issues other than equipment problems, such as unanticipated chlorine demands from hydrogen sulfide, or demand from debris in newly constructed contact piping. Discussed options to temporarily increase injection rates beyond manufacture's guidelines (re-overlapping pulses) since initial peak flows of system will be less than future design flow rates until system stabilizes. Then options to increase capacity of existing chem-feed pump if required.

No more buying water. Better than bottled water.

Great service. Called them about a part broken during shipping. They took care of it immediately. You see things are always going to happen beyond our control. Sometimes no matter how well packaged, issues still occur. That is life. However, what we must look at is how well a situation is mitigated and resolved. This shows a company and the people they hire are taught to care.

I wasn't complicated- I just ordered some filters and an RO membrane.

I installed my new US Water Aquapurion 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis System a couple months ago. I set it up to filter to countertop faucet and kitchen sink and also to service my water and ice on my refrigerator. This is truly a game changer with the quality and clarity of my drinking water and ice. Fairly easy to install. Rather than installing under the sink and use up 1/2 of my storage space I chose to install it in my lower level utility room. This will make it much easier for future filter changes as needed.

Dom and everyone at US Water were a great help starting from design to installation. My system was somewhat complicate and we and we had a tremendous amount of iron in our well that would ruin the marble tile we just put in. Tested the water numerous times and water is perfect and iron free! Thanks for all your help and would recommend US water to anyone looking for a water treatment system

So far so good. Josie(?) did a fine job answering questions pre-sale, getting me a decent quote, and shipping the unit quickly. Installation was easy. Not 100% sure the storage tank is filling all the way--feels light when I lift it. Also sounds like a lot of water draining right after using it. Will call customer service to see if this is normal. But seems like an excellent company and the system is working well so far.

I purchased the defender 4000 whole house R/O system After extensive research reviewing all of my options With other companies. I decided to go with US water systems primarily because all of the parts and components were US made. I am a Extremely happy with the whole experience with US water systems. They are extremely knowledgeable about correcting my water issues, The sales team worked with me to make sure I got the right system. I wanted to install the system myself because I am very handy and the technicians worked with me through the process of installation which was pretty easy. I would certainly recommend this company for any of your water system needs.

High quality product. Easy to install. I have been using this RO for 3 months now. It works well, water taste is very good. Customer service is also very good, friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn’t understand when I purchased— when you choose free shipping, they do not process your order for 7 days +. Then they ship the order, it took 2 days for the shipper to get to me. So if you want it quickly, you need to pay them to process it in a timely manner.

The system I bought is working fantastic. This is the 3rd RO system I've bought in 20 years. The first two systems struggled t9 make 2 or 3 gallons of water per day. Then I called US Water Systems. I explained the issue I was having and Dominic Dolder understood, determined what I needed and I bought the system. My son bought the same system a couple months before me and he recommended them to me. I'm glad he did because it has been a great system. Our refrigerator is making ice like never before. Thanks to the permeate pump is a definite game changer. It has improved the pressure in our storage tank to the point where if you aren't aren't ready when you turn the RO faucet on to fill your glass it may blow it out of your hand. I broke 1 piece while assembling the system and called customer service and they sent a replacement. I highly recommend this system.

I was able to discuss options w/ tech support , select a custom combination of parts for my PH neutralizer , and get exactly what I needed. on a follow up trip to Indy , I got to meet the staff as well
