Return process had to be pushed every step of the way by me. There was no proactive response even when the return was sitting in their warehouse and they knew it. I’m still waiting for the refund months after returning.

US Water Systems has been a great supplier for my well water H2O2 backwash system. Their support in walking me through setup was great, and they stand up for the quality of their systems. When my system lacked pressure, they walked me through several steps to take, and ultimately I needed to send the powerhead unit back to them. They rebuilt it at no cost other than shipping, and in the meantime I bought a second powerhead unit so I have a backup just in case. Their customer service, technical service, and shipping are all outstanding, and they stand by their products. Thank you from NH US Water Systems!
Easy ordering and timely delivery
We love our US Water systems RO unit. I’ve had aother systems at our previous home & it was a maintenance nightmare. I have had zero issues with the US water systems. It is a very well designed system.
Very easy to install. Instructions were very good with only one area that wasn't totally clear. Great product and it produces the best water we have ever had from our well.

My only complaint is about shipping. Ten days after I ordered and paid for items they still had not shipped. I had to call twice to get someone to check on it. Otherwise, tech support always helpful. Products that do arrive are what I ordered and work nicely. Thanks.

Not much help when my filter chamber cracked and I ordered a replacement housing that didn’t fit the threads of their header. After asking about it in multiple emails they said I would just have to recipe everything because their Chinese supplier changed their specs on the housing. Chinese Water Systems.
What wonderful product and great company to deal with. We purchased ours to take to our place in Hawaii. The water is drinkable now! Would love to find a distributor on the big island as everyone that drinks our water states how good it tastes.
