Best products at best prices. Always happy dealing with this company. Any questions or need help, simply call them. I was able to save a lot of money compared to other companies prices. I bought the 4.5"x20" big blue water system with the 3 canister set-up completed and ready for installation. Also with this system you need to get the refillable canisters that sit inside when using granular media. The cost here is way below anywhere else. As for shipping costs, the larger items all shipped free and the smaller orders have a cost. But this is clearly marked and always check the final order before placing the order. No surprises. Very knowledgeable staff.

My salesperson helped me identify the size of my system and exactly the right amount of material I needed to order and when I was ready to do the job I called and she remembered who I was and put me in touch with the tech department who walked me through the procedure....saved a lot of money DIY, thank you!

My only complaint is that the water is still cloudy after following the instructions of the tech department. My water tastes better, but it has to sit a while for the cloudiness to go away.

I spoke with a US water systems sales person multiple times. They help guide me to choosing the best system for my application. Once received installation was super easy straight forward. At one point we did have some questions and were easily able to get someone on the phone from tech support (on a Saturday) to help address the questions. The tech support person was super knowledgeable and explained things well. The system has been up and running for almost 6 months. The water quality is great and I love the app control and monitoring of the system.

System works well, but support is very poor, as we had problems with Installation and never got answers to our questions... Had to figure it out on our own...

need better training still need training & better review system. took a month to reply and you ask me to change my review when I didn't get a reply of any kind.

I have had problems with my water system and tech people helped me to resolve them. Some of the problems were from my understanding, and some from my local water company. All were resolved and the system has worked flawlessly since then.

My experience in early 2020 was a positive one but they changed service managers and in 2021 I was left with trying to figure things out from google searches on what to do. In fact, my emails weren’t answered for some time until I complained. I still didn’t gain the confidence to do the work myself so I was left with an expensive product uninstalled. Fortunately, for those with some plumbing confidence, USWater systems has a good library of how to, just can’t find them through their website for some reason, I’m looking for a less expensive more service oriented business.

When we first moved to this area I am allergic to the water due to all the chemicals they add. I came across this company and what I liked was they already are familiar with the water issues in this area and were very helpful. When I called a plumber to have it installed they told me I had the best of the best in water systems. I felt the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend using this company.

Customer service is top notch and goes above and beyond. Needed a power supply for an older whole house softener. It was shipped out quickly and exactly what I needed. Very helpful. I’ve had nothing but a good experience with US Water supply.

I have a large carbon tank with a 125 gallon contact tank and chlorinator setup. I have a 16ft dug well fed by surface water (85 x 105ft x12ft deep pond. The carbon I purchased works well. It gets replaced every 5 to 10 years depending on water use. I have very hard water and do not use a softener. It's a simple job that I can do myself. I will be purchasing again when the time comes. I would recommend this product from US Water Systems.
