I spoke to Jake Krueger and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He provided me with a quote for the system I selected. I reviewed the quote and called back to place the order. Jake was on vacation and Tim Radefield finished taking my order. He was very helpful. I received my order within the stated delivery time and all parts were delivered and with no damage. I had a question on installation. I called the technical department and they answered my question again to my satisfaction. Job well done by all.
