Just finished with US Mobile concierge named Hamza. It was the best service I ever received. Hamza identified the issue and resolved it in minutes. Shared some useful tips with me while we were waiting for my credit card to process my purchase. I am very happy! Thank you, Hamza!
I've been a USMobile customer for a very long time. When the service works, it is great. But if you have a problem, it totally fails. The tips on the website are useless. The service bot makes it almost impossible to reach a rep. Sometimes they can fix your problem. If it is an overseas problem, they usually can't. When they went to free esims for countries, it was almost impossible to install them. Then they switched their software so it grayed out the second esim so you could not install an esim unless you took out your Sim card. I found this by spending extended time with esim companies and Samsung. Now you get free extended roaming in certain countries. But apparently it is ONLY ONE COUNTRY, BUT THAT IS NOT STATED! I chatted with a rep that I was going to both Turkey and Egypt. He said it was no issue, extended roaming would work in BOTH! I had a 7 hour layover in Turkey, the roaming was great. When I came to Egypt, I could not get any roaming. I could not even get internet as I now had no network at all!,I was stranded at the airport with no ability to call my driver. When I finally reached USMobile, which is very difficult to reach in a foreign country, I reach a rep. He said he would find an answer. I waited 30 minutes and NEVER GOT ONE! HE NEVER EVEN SAID HE LEFT!! I CAN NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU TRAVEL AND WANT TO USE YOUR PHONE FREE INTERNATIONALLY! IT SIMPLY WILL NOT WORK!

I had a Verizon business phone I could not add a line for my son on. My wife has an Android phone. We got a plan from US Mobile. I had a lot of difficulty setting it up on my own. Abeer and Hamza very patiently and very clearly worked with me to set my son's Apple Watch up. I cannot thank them enough. I just wish I had asked for their assistance sooner. GREAT SERVICE!!!
someone committed fraud and stole my usmobile business line and ported it to a competing company and is the person who is committed fraud is using usmobile . When I contacted USmobile they said it passed their security and will not help me. They know who it is and can give me my number back but refused and said she passed there security . This number was previously used on our advertising
I like plans and features. I previously were using two lines from two providers to get better coverage. Now I can do the same with usmobile. Also I'm getting apple watch support included. Customer support representative. Yusra Luqman was extra helpful with porting my number for an existing account.
Tech help went as far as they could the problem is with my Motorola g stylus. I have to call Motorola . I'm an trying to stop Gemini on Google search results. It is imbedded in the phone and I didn't ask for it Gemini and AI no way dont need it. Don't want it also don't trust Wikipedia totally biased.

I chose US Mobile because their advertised “Buy One Get One” offer sounded like a great value, but my experience has been anything but positive. The promotion was not transparent about the true requirements—instead of getting a free line for porting in my existing number, I was told (only AFTER signing up) that I had to port in a second number to qualify. Somewhere in the upfront advertising was it made "clear" that two port-ins were required although I never saw it. When I raised this issue with customer service, their support was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to make any accommodation or escalate my complaint. Getting answers was a struggle every step of the way. Promises made by their sales team were not honored, and support agents only repeated company policy instead of actually listening to my concerns. US Mobile’s lack of transparency caused unnecessary hassle and wasted both my time and money. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values honesty or effective, responsive customer support.

This company sets the standard for what a mobile provider should be, and I’ve already recommended them to all of my friends and family — and will continue to do so in the future. One of the biggest highlights is their amazing customer support team. Every time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they responded immediately and helped me with professionalism and clarity. I especially want to recognize Omer Hussaini, who assisted me quickly and efficiently, making the whole experience seamless. US Mobile has definitely earned my trust and loyalty.

Khizer Saleem was truly helpful today. I had ongoing issues with RCS messaging after porting my number. After several days without this functionality and other failed troubleshooting, Khizer patiently and effectively led me through advanced troubleshooting and resolved the issue.
I had 6 clear questions about my options for becoming a customer, and what the various plans entail. The support rep (Khizer Saleem) answered them all concisely and adequately. Once I signed up, I had a tough time with my old provider, so I needed help. Their chat rep Ramish Khan provided excellent support. One thing I had not understood was their coding of the networks. Instead of just calling them Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile, they call them WARP, Dark Something, and Lightspeed, respectively. So I initially chose the wrong network. Ramish helped me correct that.
The people I chatted with gave me great information and handled my problem. The gave me the instructions I needed to get service on my upcoming trip to Japan
Muhammad Talha was very helpful in explaining the new promotions that US Mobile offered and how I could manage them with my existing lines. He answered all my additional questions about my bill renewal and made everything very easy to understand.
