In May, I moved my lines from Verizon (via US Mobile) over to their new DarkStar network. The service has been awful since day one.
It turns out the issue wasn’t the phone—it was that US Mobile did not set up the Pixel 6A correctly from the beginning. I only discovered this three months later after spending a couple of hours with their tech support, who—finally—dug deep into the phone settings and configured everything properly. That help was appreciated, but it came far too late.
Despite months of unreliable service [dropped calls, people not hearing me well, incoming calls not connecting] due to their initial failure to setup my service correctly, all they offered in compensation was $5. I’m honestly tired of hearing their apologies and “we understand” messages, without real accountability or meaningful action.
Yes, support was helpful today—but at this point after 2 hours on the phone with tech, I no longer feel favorable toward US Mobile. This experience has cost me too much time and trust.
