Their referral program is quite a scam, as their terms and conditions have more criteria than what's advertise on the dashboard or even on their referral landing page.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a long time. The indifference of the agent is just terrible. They proposed a three-way conference call between Us Mobile, my old provider, and myself to organize the transfer of my number to Us Mobile. Unfortunately, they couldn’t do it despite promoting themselves as consumer friendly. As a result, and because of their inaction to solve a problem and being very indifferent in their responses, I canceled my new plan with US Mobile. I’m happy to share screenshots of the conversation with anyone reviewing the customer service of US Mobile.

I had a very complex task, I needed to restore a line and change phone numbers from one cell to another and vice versa, Minaam Naveed was rally helpful, the most knowable person I have ever spoken to with UsMobile. problem got resolved in no time.

Sarhan was able to figure out the issue and work around some of the changes needed to be made that were limited by my filter.

Just moved 5 lines, it was the smoothest process i have ever experienced. After being mistreated for 10 year with bad customer services this is a breath of fresh air. Thanks to Minaam Naveed that help me correct a couple of mistake i make in the process. your customer focus and patience is outstanding.

Shahzaib Mushtaq was very nice and helpful, helped me through an entire difficult transfer process that was starting to get frustrating, wonderful service!

Shahzaib Mushtaq helped me through an otherwise terrible experience with activating my service and keeping my number. they were patient and kept communication during the whole process! I had spent literal days trying to get activation, and they helped me and took the time to understand just what the problem was. I told them i couldnt thank them enough and i meant it!

I was just helped by Syed Danyaal efficiently, pleasantly, and generally just a positive experience. My issue was resolved quickly.

Shahzain was very knowledgeable and patient. I really appreciated the step by step instructions and research that was done to pinpoint my Apple Watch connectivity problem. This support process and especially Shahzain is another good reason to stay with US Mobile. Thanks for the help.

Hanzalah Worked really hard to resolve my issue. We spent a good amount of time trying to determine what was causing the problem. He was patient and did a good job explaining what I needed to do next. After several attempts my tablet was working again like it is supposed to. Generally speaking I have always received great service from US Mobile.

Hanzalah WAS AMAZING. coming over from straight talk is such a pain but Hanzalah made everything absolutley easy and streamlined, even a little fun. thanks so much!
