Amazing prices and great service. I had an issue with billing while signing up for service and it was taken care of very promptly via chat.
Over-promise and severely under-deliver is what this so called company is all about. Texts were undeliverable, outgoing calls kept getting dropped, and incoming calls kept going straight to voicemail. On top of all these, the customer service team was completely unprofessional. They’ll advertise promos but it’s very misleading because it’s only for a specific network. Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.
Hassan Khalid provided professional, friendly, knowledgeable service! US Mobile has consistently been providing new services, options and upgrades. In addition to that their excellent customer service experience and pricing are reasons I continue to spread the word about US Mobile.

As someone who's not very tech savvy, I've had some difficulty navigating US Mobile's services. But their cutsomer service is excellent and have been able to walk me through any challenges I've faced.
I got unlucky with a phone purchase, and while unfortunately the service rep, Fatima Shafiee, was unable to offer a partial refund, she was able to add two $5 credits to my account so that I can set up a friend of mine with this service. She was very nice and I appreciate the time she took to explain how she could help.
Dishia Ijaz was patient and very knowledgeable on all the questions I asked. This was one of the best customer services experiences that I have ever had! I mean that sincerely.

I had questions about Trial Offer for multi-network add on where the phone app had different information then the webpage offer. My CSR was Rahima Rayan Durrani and IMO they handled it proficiently, courteously, and exceptionally given the circumstances.
I had a concern I was not able to articulate well, but that didn’t stop the wonderful rep from patiently working with me and resolving my issue. Thanks to them, I will sleep tonight, I will be your customer for life!

I love this company. It's affordable, there's so much flexibility in the phone plans. It's easy to sign up and end plans. Customer Service has always been very helpful and thorough with their help. Worked with Arham to transfer from android to iphone and he was so kind, patient, and professional. When you get a lil older electronics seems to be a bit confusing, yet Mr Arham led us thru and phones are working great!!! Ty Mr Arham give that man a raise😄
I paid them to port out from my previous provider. When the port out takes longer than 30 minutes (actually a full 8 hour day) I asked them what is the hold up. Their response: message your provider so they can do the port out. This is your job. If you want me to message my provider, then give me my money back and I will.
