I chose US Mobile because their advertised “Buy One Get One” offer sounded like a great value, but my experience has been anything but positive. The promotion was not transparent about the true requirements—instead of getting a free line for porting in my existing number, I was told (only AFTER signing up) that I had to port in a second number to qualify. Somewhere in the upfront advertising was it made "clear" that two port-ins were required although I never saw it. When I raised this issue with customer service, their support was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to make any accommodation or escalate my complaint. Getting answers was a struggle every step of the way. Promises made by their sales team were not honored, and support agents only repeated company policy instead of actually listening to my concerns. US Mobile’s lack of transparency caused unnecessary hassle and wasted both my time and money. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values honesty or effective, responsive customer support.
